Its strategic location allows easy access, both on foot, by private vehicle, as well as by public transportation. It has a total built area of 132,000 m2 and a commercial area of more than 42,000 m2. It has three commercial floors and four parking floors with 2,250 parking spaces of free parking.

Its opening in 1993 made it the first shopping center on the island of Gran Canaria. Nowadays and almost 30 years after its inauguration, it continues to fulfill its objective of being the meeting point in which to enjoy shopping and leisure time for its neighbors, whose loyalty has made it one more of their family.
