The Martianez shopping center is located in the city of Puerto de la Cruz, one of the main tourist destinations on the island. It is located at the entrance of the city and very close to the Lago Martianez water park.

It is open every day of the year and has a parking lot of 954 parking spaces and the base for tourist bus arrivals to the city.
