The Mencey Bencomo Shopping Center is owned by Grupo Número Uno, marketed and managed by Archi Gestión, S.A.
It is located in the center of the town of Los Realejos, in the north of the island of Tenerife. It is a privileged location, since, due to the unevenness of the street, direct access to all floors is achieved, which makes this center a functional building.

 

It has a paid parking lot, one of the few public parking lots in the city, open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with 128 parking spaces for cars and 12 motorcycles, which is also managed by Archi Gestión, S.A.
It is currently being commercialized and already has WORTEN as the center's first sign.
