Deichmann makes a strong foothold in the Canary Islands
The Open Mall Shopping Center (Lanzarote) and the Martiánez Shopping Center (Tenerife), both managed by Archigestión (Grupo Número 1), have been chosen by the German brand, Deichmann for two of the stores that the brand will open in its new landing in the Canary Islands.
The German brand is expanding into a new market with a scheduled opening date of Thursday, November 11, at the Open Mall Shopping Center, coinciding with the opening date of this new Shopping Mall in Lanzarote, followed by the opening of the second store in Martiánez Shopping Center on Monday, December 5.
Both stores will have large and bright spaces that will offer comfort and a carefully chosen experience that characterizes the company. The stores will exclusively be dedicated to sportswear for Men, Women and Children.
One of the brands innovative incorporations will be an, Imbox Protection system, which protects footwear from dirt and discoloration through a waterproofing protocol.
"Both the Open Mall Shopping Center and the Martiánez Shopping Center have been two of the enclaves chosen for being modern shopping centers and commercial areas with a great growth perspective ". Says Luis Leguina, General Director of Shopping Center Management at Archigestión - Grupo Número 1.
This choice is undoubtedly a bet on what the latest industry indicators indicate, and that is that people-centered shopping centers are the ones that are attracting the best business growth data and the most commercial brands.
